The Gallery was born in December 2022 with one clear goal: to take smash burgers to the next level. We started combining medallion and smash styles, but it was the smash that captured our obsession.
Today, we master everything from the classic smash to advanced techniques like lazy edge and fat smash.
We make everything in-house: buns, sauces, toppings, and of course, the meat. At our gastronomic gallery in Algarrobo Costa (Málaga), each burger is a true work of art.
